We are looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join an established, large organization in Seattle. This is a hybrid role, with a two day per week onsite requirement. As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will lead financial consolidations for the entire, global organization. Responsibilities:• Prepare and oversee accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and equity accounting.• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational standards.• Lead the consolidation of financial data across departments to ensure cohesive reporting.• Monitor and analyze budget processes to identify areas for improvement.• Supervise reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and ensure proper documentation.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide financial objectives.• Implement and maintain best practices for financial reporting processes.• Provide guidance on equity accounting and other complex financial operations.• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to meet organizational deadlines.

• Proven experience in financial reporting and accounting functions.• Strong knowledge of auditing practices and compliance standards.• Expertise in preparing and analyzing balance sheets, cash flow statements, and equity accounting.• Familiarity with budget processes and financial consolidations.• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.• Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
