<p>We are looking for a skilled attorney with a background of at least 3 years in water law to join our mid-sized law firm client's team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role requires an understanding of Arizona's water laws and the ability to address complex legal issues effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience handling diverse cases, including those with significant statewide implications.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide expert legal counsel on matters related to Arizona's water laws and policies.</p><p>• Handle civil litigation cases, including drafting motions, preparing briefs, and conducting discovery.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies for water-related disputes and transactions.</p><p>• Research and analyze natural resource laws to provide comprehensive legal solutions.</p><p>• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies governing water usage and rights.</p><p>• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.</p><p>• Stay updated on legislative changes affecting water and natural resource laws.</p><p>• Develop legal arguments and prepare documentation for complex cases.</p><p>• Work on cases with statewide significance, contributing to impactful legal outcomes.</p>

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing water law, with a focus on Arizona.<br>• Active license to practice law in the State of Arizona.<br>• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Strong background in civil litigation, including discovery processes.<br>• Knowledge of natural resource laws and their application.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.<br>• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions.<br>• Proven track record of managing multiple cases efficiently and effectively.
