<p>We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic legal team at an established law firm in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, Arizona. The role includes a competitive base salary, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, ensuring strong advocacy and case strategy.</p><p>• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.</p><p>• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including depositions and evidence collection.</p><p>• Manage civil litigation cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice tailored to their cases.</p><p>• Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.</p><p>• Research and analyze case law to support legal arguments and strategies.</p><p>• Work within a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote tasks.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all cases.</p><p>• Stay updated on legal trends and changes in personal injury law.</p>

<p>• Must hold a valid attorney license and be in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.</p><p>• Minimum of three years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation.</p><p>• Proficient in drafting motions, briefs, and legal documents.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and procedures.</p><p>• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and evidence collection.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to advocate on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs.</p><p>• Familiarity with nursing home case litigation is preferred.</p><p>• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</p>
