IT Infrastructure Administrator
                    
					
						We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. This Contract-to-continuous position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and optimize our technology systems while ensuring their security and reliability. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing hardware, software, and network infrastructure, as well as providing exceptional support to users and contributing to the organization's IT strategy.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to identify and address root causes effectively.<br>• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing technology systems and solutions.<br>• Execute proactive updates and improvements to enhance system performance.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and satisfaction.<br>• Manage network hardware and equipment, including servers, routers, and storage devices.<br>• Perform server administration tasks such as configuring user accounts, group policies, and security settings.<br>• Monitor system health using management tools, ensuring seamless operation of architecture components.<br>• Address hardware issues in the data center promptly and efficiently.<br>• Operate the help desk by troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues.<br>• Conduct regular audits of systems, including backups, to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
					
					
						• Demonstrated success in an IT-related role with hands-on experience.<br>• Proficiency in operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10.<br>• Familiarity with Active Directory, Dell Technologies, and network troubleshooting.<br>• Background in project management, application design, and cloud computing.<br>• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.<br>• Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.<br>• Previous experience providing help desk support and resolving technical issues.
