We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to provide advanced technical assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. As a key member of the team, you will handle escalated issues while delivering exceptional service to users and clients.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues from Tier 1 support, ensuring timely solutions.<br>• Perform in-depth diagnostics and repair of hardware, software, and network problems.<br>• Configure, install, and upgrade operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.<br>• Monitor system performance, implement updates, and apply security patches to maintain stability.<br>• Support and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.<br>• Assist with the deployment and management of cloud-based backup services and solutions.<br>• Document IT processes, configurations, and support activities for future reference.<br>• Collaborate with IT teams and departments to ensure efficient service delivery.<br>• Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.

<p>• Proven experience in an IT support role or equivalent.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and O365.</p><p>• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software.</p><p>• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, cloud-based technologies, and ConnectWise preferred.</p><p>• Understanding of networking protocols and IT infrastructure.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.</p><p>• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Azure Administrator are advantageous.</p>
