IT Field Technician
<p>Provide <strong>on-site and remote help desk support</strong> for end users (Windows/Mac)</p><p>Install, configure, and troubleshoot <strong>routers, switches, firewalls, and access points</strong></p><p>Support <strong>LAN/WAN connectivity</strong>, basic VLANs, and network cabling</p><p>Troubleshoot and maintain <strong>printers, scanners, peripherals, and conference room equipment</strong></p><p>Image, deploy, and support <strong>desktops, laptops, and mobile devices</strong></p><p>Handle <strong>user account management</strong> (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, password resets, permissions)</p><p>Respond to IT tickets and prioritize issues based on urgency and impact</p><p>Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal teams when escalation is needed</p><p>Document fixes, configurations, and procedures clearly</p><p><br></p>
<p>3+ years of experience in <strong>IT support, field technician, or IT generalist roles</strong></p><p>Strong working knowledge of:</p><p><strong>Routers, switches, and basic networking</strong></p><p><strong>Windows environments</strong> (Mac experience a plus)</p><p><strong>Microsoft 365 / Active Directory</strong></p><p><strong>Printers and peripherals</strong></p><p>Comfortable supporting users face-to-face and explaining technical issues in plain language</p><p>Ability to work independently across multiple locations</p><p>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed</p><p><br></p>
