We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and manage financial operations for our clients on a long-term contract basis. Based in Saratoga Springs, New York, this role involves preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth. Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage comprehensive financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Develop and oversee strategic plans and budgets that align with client business goals. • Monitor and enforce proper cost segregation to maintain financial integrity. • Act as a liaison to manage relationships and reporting with banks, insurance providers, and external auditors. • Provide expert guidance to clients to ensure all areas of their business are financially covered. • Perform bookkeeping tasks based on client-specific requirements and Statements of Work. • Handle accounting processes in accordance with client Statements of Work. • Conduct month-end close procedures to maintain accurate financial records. • Reconcile accounts and ensure journal entries are correctly recorded. • Assist with annual financial reporting and audits as needed.

• Proven expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Strong knowledge of preparing and auditing financial statements. • Experience in account reconciliation and maintaining accurate records. • Proficiency in creating and recording journal entries. • Familiarity with annual financial reporting and compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results within deadlines. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
