<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract to permanen basis in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in various HR functions, including recruitment, policy development, and employee relations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization in an engaging and flexible work environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts to meet the staffing needs of various departments, including customer service, marine biology, and operations.</p><p>• Develop and streamline internal recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing guidance to supervisors.</p><p>• Review and update organizational policies, including the employee manual, to ensure compliance with current regulations and best practices.</p><p>• Assist in the implementation and support of a new payroll system, scheduled for the first quarter.</p><p>• Prepare and analyze HR reports, including benefits-related documentation and investment plan filings.</p><p>• Conduct fundamental training sessions, such as sexual harassment prevention and supervisory development.</p><p>• Collaborate with the HR team to support ongoing projects and initiatives across multiple sites.</p><p>• Provide administrative support for onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR functions as needed.</p>

• 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.<br>• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems; familiarity with Kronos, Paycom, or Paylocity is a plus.<br>• Experience with reviewing and updating HR policies and manuals.<br>• Strong understanding of employee relations and the ability to handle sensitive workplace matters.<br>• Knowledge of benefits administration and experience with related reporting.<br>• Excellent communication and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
