<p><strong><em><u>Objectives</u></em></strong></p><p> -- Collaborating closely with product and design teams to identify and implement optimal cloud-based front-end solutions</p><p> -- Defining and documenting best practices and strategies for modern front-end architecture and development</p><p> -- Mentoring and guiding front-end development teams in building visually compelling, user-centric business software</p><p> -- Ensuring application performance, scalability, and maintain high standards of code quality and design</p><p> -- Coordinating with offshore front-end development teams to maintain alignment and execution quality</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Duties:</u></em></strong></p><p> -- Participating in all phases of the software development life cycle: planning, requirements, development, testing, and deployment</p><p> -- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues</p><p> -- Championing the adoption of modern front-end technologies and share expertise across the team</p><p> -- Anticipating and solving technical problems with a focus on business impact and productivity</p><p> -- Advocating for user experience through thoughtful interface design and usability considerations</p><p> -- Leveraging data to inform product and design decisions</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Experience</u></em></strong></p><p> -- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI design and development using modern technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular</p><p> -- Deep expertise in Angular and front-end architecture</p><p> -- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility</p><p> -- Experience with cloud application deployment, preferably on AWS</p><p> -- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube</p><p> -- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills</p><p> -- Proficient with Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, unit testing, debugging, and profiling in a Microsoft tech stack environment</p><p> -- Angular and/or AWS certifications are a plus</p>
