You’ll manage client communications, help onboard new clients, and play a key role in building tailored financial plans. <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3–6+ years of experience at a wealth management firm</li><li>Strong background in investment management and financial planning</li><li>Experience supporting advisors and managing client communications</li><li>Proficiency with Schwab and Orion preferred</li><li>Familiarity with eMoney, Redtail, and AssetMark</li><li>Life insurance experience is a plus</li><li>Series 7, 66, 65, CFP®, ChFC® or similar credentials are a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required</li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to work with spreadsheets</li><li>Team-oriented, proactive, and accountable</li></ul><p><strong>Excited about this role?
