<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.</li><li>CPA preferred</li><li><strong>3+ years of strong valuations experience with VC/PE clients or in-house VC/PE finance.</strong></li><li>Big 4 preferred </li><li>Strong ASC 946/820 knowledge.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li><li>ERP systems knowledge (Investran, Intacct, QuickBooks) a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Interested or even just curious?
