We are looking for a bilingual Operations Specialist who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team in San Mateo, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position involves handling workforce operations in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment, making it ideal for candidates with experience in industries such as janitorial services, security, or restaurants. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities: • Review and audit employee timecards to identify and correct missed punches or job code discrepancies. • Monitor and manage time clock activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Coordinate daily dispatch and shift assignments to optimize workforce efficiency. • Support or lead safety training sessions in both English and Spanish. • Communicate effectively with field staff and leadership to resolve scheduling or timekeeping issues. • Maintain accurate documentation and records while contributing to process improvements. • Ensure compliance with workforce policies and assist in implementing operational changes as needed.

• Fluency in English and Spanish, including verbal, reading, and writing skills. • Previous experience in labor-intensive industries such as janitorial, security, or food service. • Proficiency in using timekeeping and payroll systems. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. • Capability to lead or assist in conducting safety training sessions. • All candidates are required to undergo a screening process. • Willingness to provide three references demonstrating attention to detail.
