Executive Assistant
We are looking for an organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo, California. This is a contract position that requires a dedicated individual to provide high-level administrative support to executives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments and meetings.<br>• Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are readily available.<br>• Provide comprehensive clerical support, including drafting correspondence, managing files, and handling inquiries.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage email communications and organize schedules effectively.<br>• Create and edit documents using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel to support administrative tasks.<br>• Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.<br>• Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders, fostering clear communication.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br>• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a personable and empathetic demeanor.<br>• Demonstrated ability to coordinate travel arrangements and manage executive calendars efficiently.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
