The ideal candidate will excel in delivering accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions. • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring all financial data is properly recorded. • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records. • Generate and review journal entries to support month-end and year-end closing procedures. • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required by management. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows and resolve discrepancies. • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Support audits by providing requested documentation and clarifications. • Maintain organized and accurate financial records for reference and reporting purposes.

• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. • Strong understanding of journal entry preparation and financial reconciliation processes. • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools. • Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
