With a diverse portfolio spanning opportunistic, value-add, debt, and long-term assets, the team is known for tackling complex deals with creativity, speed, and certainty.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be at the center of <strong>fund operations, investor reporting, and financial analysis</strong>. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with fund administrators, operating partners, and investors while developing skills that can propel you toward a long-term career in real estate finance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Review monthly property operating reports, budgets, and cash flows.</li><li>Partner with fund administrators on quarterly investor reporting, allocations, and waterfall calculations.</li><li>Prepare and analyze fund- and property-level performance metrics; support financial modeling and projections.</li><li>Assist with quarterly valuations, year-end audits, tax returns, and SEC compliance filings.</li><li>Oversee capital calls, distributions, and co-investment activity.</li><li>Interface with operating partners, investors, and service providers to support reporting and due diligence requests.</li></ul>
