This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in finance, accounting, and data systems to work at the intersection of fund operations, technology, and analytics while supporting a growing, high-performing investment team.</p><p> </p><p>About the Role</p><p>This role sits at the crossroads of finance, operations, and data, ensuring the firm’s financial platforms and processes scale efficiently alongside the business. You will work closely with the Director of Fund Operations and Data to implement, optimize, and maintain the firm’s operational technology stack while delivering actionable insights to investment and operational stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and management of financial and operational applications, including CRM, portfolio management, and reporting platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, and investment teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain robust data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights across the firm.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation of recurring workflows in finance and operations.</li><li>Execute data migrations and platform upgrades as the firm expands.</li><li>Ensure all processes and controls meet compliance, governance, and risk management standards.</li><li>Stay current on emerging technologies, financial applications, and analytics practices to enhance operational capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
