This is a highly visible role supporting investment operations, portfolio analytics, fundraising, and internal processes for a well-established firm with a long track record of innovation and strong employee ownership culture.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><p>The Analyst will serve as an essential member of the Growth team, managing a broad range of operational, analytical, and strategic responsibilities. This role is central to maintaining high-quality portfolio reporting, supporting marketing and fundraising initiatives, and coordinating investment activity. The position also provides extensive interaction with multiple internal groups, including Accounting, Investor Relations, Marketing, and Private Equity Operations. This opportunity is well-suited for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys combining financial analysis with communication and project execution.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Portfolio Analysis, Reporting & Valuation Support</strong></p><ul><li>Collect quarterly financial information from portfolio companies, including cap tables and insurance documentation</li><li>Partner with Accounting to support recurring valuation activities</li><li>Maintain portfolio dashboards, tracking systems, and reporting tools</li><li>Participate in weekly team meetings to stay current on portfolio developments</li><li>Prepare quarterly internal updates and written summaries</li><li>Develop materials for strategy discussions, performance reviews, firmwide updates, and board presentations</li></ul><p><strong>Marketing, Fundraising & Communications Support</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Investor Relations and Marketing to produce materials for prospective and existing limited partners</li><li>Support RFP responses and oversee data room content throughout fundraising periods</li><li>Manage and update the database of portfolio company information; conduct analyses to support marketing and investor inquiries</li><li>Develop quarterly newsletters and additional marketing collateral to enhance brand presence and sourcing efforts</li><li>Contribute content for the firm’s website and assist in organizing CEO and venture capital events</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve templates, processes, and workflows across marketing and communications</li><li>Assist in creating value-added materials and resources for portfolio companies</li></ul><p><strong>Deal Pipeline Management & Closing Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor active deal flow and updates from team members</li><li>Coordinate with Private Equity Operations to manage the closing process for new and follow-on investments</li><li>Facilitate documentation, legal requirements, wiring instructions, and allocation details to ensure smooth transaction execution</li></ul>
