Sr. Billing Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Senior Billing Coordinator to oversee and streamline billing processes within our organization. This role requires expertise in medical billing and collections, as well as the ability to manage complex calculations and ensure compliance with provider network requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to maintain accuracy and efficiency. <strong>For immediate consideration, please contact Leon Chang directly via Linked-In.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Partner with Legal Recruitment Manager on recruiting strategies and recordkeeping</li><li>Schedule and conduct applicant interviews</li><li>Oversee due diligence (conflicts, reference checks) for hires</li><li>Manage attorney onboarding, communications, paperwork, and admin tasks</li><li>Plan and run attorney orientation; support new hires through integration</li><li>Support summer clerkship program (admin, scheduling, events, interviews)</li><li>Assist attorneys with State Bar/ABA registrations and updates</li><li>Update attorney data/tracking documents</li><li>Contribute to Firmwide recruiting projects as assigned</li><li>Manage MCLE tracking, compliance, and database (CE Manager)</li><li>Support attorney evaluations (data collection, materials, scheduling reviews)</li><li>Assist with training, mentoring, and development programs</li><li>Lead/support DE& I communications, events, and programming</li><li>Coordinate calendars, meetings, and professional development events</li><li>Maintain attorney records and respond to roster requests</li><li>Support Firmwide professional development projects as assigned</li></ul>
<ul><li>2+ years in attorney recruiting, development, or professional services</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Knowledge of CA MCLE requirements; Micron/CE Manager experience a plus</li><li>Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li><li>Skilled in data analysis for talent development initiatives</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-up in fast-paced settings</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable to shifting priorities</li><li>Comfortable collaborating across departments</li><li>Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and video conferencing tools</li></ul>
