A growing M& A advisory group in San Francisco is adding a Senior Associate who wants to dig deeper into deals, analyze real business performance, and play a key role in helping investors decide whether to buy a company.</p><p>Think of it as taking your audit superpowers and applying them to fast-moving, deal-driven work.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Dive into the financials of potential acquisition targets—quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, all the fun stuff</li><li>Build and refine financial models (you’ll get M& A-specific training if you haven’t done this before)</li><li>Create polished, client-ready reports and insights</li><li>Work closely with senior team members and clients throughout the transaction</li><li>Get exposure to the full M& A lifecycle—from first glance to closing</li></ul><p><br></p>
