As a Lead Advisor, you will act as a strategic partner to both advisors and clients, crafting tailored, advanced planning solutions spanning tax, estate, insurance, and investment considerations. You’ll be well suited for this role if you’re energized by complex problem-solving, enjoy working closely across teams, and want to contribute to an organization that prioritizes thoughtful advice, collaboration, and exceptional standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with advisors and internal teams to deliver client-ready meeting materials, follow-ups, and planning deliverables</li><li>Provide expert, client-facing financial advice in partnership with advisors</li><li>Lead the development of complex financial plans, including advanced cash flow, tax, insurance, and estate analyses</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert in financial planning software and support technology integration and efficiency initiatives</li><li>Present planning strategies and recommendations to clients alongside advisors</li><li>Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and investment professionals to ensure fully integrated financial solutions</li><li>Mentor and support junior Advice Strategists, Operations, and Client Services team members</li><li>Manage complex plan implementation tasks, including account transfers, insurance applications, and documentation workflows</li><li>Stay current on industry regulations and ensure adherence to compliance and internal policies</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and content development to enhance client experience and firm-wide planning capabilities</li></ul>
