Fundraising Operations Specialist
<p>We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous Fundraising Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the development team by managing donor data, overseeing fundraising operations, and ensuring data accuracy. This hybrid position allows for a mix of in-office and remote work, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful philanthropic initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a HYBRID work week</p><p>Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM | 2 days onsite and 3 days remote </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process and manage donations, including data entry, acknowledgment letters, and reconciliation of financial records.</p><p>• Update and maintain accurate donor and fundraising information within database systems, with expertise in tools like Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or similar platforms.</p><p>• Prepare and deliver regular and customized reports to assist development and leadership teams in tracking progress and making informed decisions.</p><p>• Conduct data analysis and quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity of donor and financial data.</p><p>• Perform mail merges and create detail-oriented communications using Microsoft Word.</p><p>• Provide technical support for the implementation and adaptation of new fundraising tools and systems.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with donor data standards and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.</p><p>• Collaborate with various teams to optimize fundraising processes and improve overall operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>** If you're interested in this position, please apply to this position and contact Georgia Cienkus at georgia.cienkus - at - roberthalf - .com with your word resume and reference job ID#00416-0013321277**</p>
