Associate – Client Services Accounting | San Francisco, CAAn accomplished private investment office is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join its Client Services Accounting team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to support high-net-worth, multigenerational clients through comprehensive financial reporting, accounting operations, and cross-functional collaboration. About the Role:You’ll be part of a collaborative 13-person team responsible for managing day-to-day transactions, preparing financial reports for individuals, trusts, and LLCs, and partnering across departments to deliver exceptional client service. Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or Master’s preferred</li><li>2–5 years of experience in accounting operations (real property, trusts, LLCs)</li><li>Strong understanding of financial reporting and GAAP</li><li>Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sage Intacct and Bill.com a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail and discretion</li></ul>Excited about this role?
