Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a contract position where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to business owners across various industries. The role involves working in-office Monday through Friday and may include flexible eight-hour shifts.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication with business owners.<br>• Collect, record, and process detailed business and risk information accurately during live interactions.<br>• Identify unique or complex cases, escalate issues as needed, and document findings to improve operational processes.<br>• Collaborate with teams to support sales, service, and AI-driven initiatives by providing actionable insights.<br>• Utilize MacOS, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat Pro effectively to manage daily tasks and communications.<br>• Adapt to extended work hours or overtime when required to meet business needs.<br>• Maintain a high level of efficiency in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly while maintaining high service standards.<br>• Support bilingual communication in Spanish when needed, enhancing accessibility and customer satisfaction.
<p>• Proven ability to handle high volumes of inbound insurance calls in a customer service or call center environment.</p><p>• Excellent typing speed and multitasking capabilities to manage simultaneous responsibilities.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.</p><p>• Availability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.</p><p>• Familiarity with MacOS, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat Pro to navigate systems effectively.</p><p>• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate complex issues appropriately.</p><p>• Experience in capturing and processing detailed business information accurately.</p>
