You’ll report to the Head of Finance and serve as the captain of your function—driving accuracy, improving processes, and partnering across a collaborative, fast-paced team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why this role stands out</strong></p><ul><li>Shape the finance backbone across multiple investment vehicles (prior vintages include both holding-company and traditional fund structures; future funds planned).</li><li>Work directly with a seasoned finance leader; high trust, low handholding, real ownership.</li><li>Partner with a top-tier fund administrator and an outsourced consulting/Fractional CFO resource for comprehensive coverage and rigor.</li><li>Exposure to complex, non-traditional transactions (e.g., control deals, spin‑offs, restructurings) that deepen your technical chops and broaden your impact.</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Run monthly/quarterly close for management company and funds; maintain strong internal controls and reporting cadence.</li><li>Oversee capital activity, allocations, distributions, and investment transaction recording; prepare NAV and investor packages in coordination with administrators.</li><li>Drive process/system improvements across AP/AR, GL, and reporting workflows; help evaluate and implement tooling.</li><li>Support audits, tax, and compliance; collaborate with external advisors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.</li></ul>
