We are seeking an experienced Lease Accountant to support a short-term project focused on entering lease data into LeaseQuery. The project includes approximately 70 leases (new and renewals) that need to be entered into the system by September 29. An extension of one additional week may be possible if necessary. Responsibilities: Enter and validate approximately 70 leases into LeaseQuery (new and renewal leases). Review and reconcile lease data for accuracy and completeness. Communicate progress and flag issues as needed to ensure timely completion. Requirements: Proficiency with LeaseQuery software. Understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting standards. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
