Help Desk Analyst I
We are looking for a highly motivated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this Contract to permanent role, you will provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure smooth operations for end-users working with various hardware and software systems. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong commitment to delivering efficient and detail-oriented solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive support for Windows 10/11 operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.<br>• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and core Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br>• Utilize Azure Active Directory to perform user and group management tasks efficiently.<br>• Diagnose and resolve endpoint security issues using tools such as SentinelOne.<br>• Support remote hardware and software troubleshooting through tools like TeamViewer.<br>• Assist in resolution of printing-related issues for remote and local users.<br>• Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve cybersecurity measures, including data encryption and log auditing.<br>• Use ticketing systems such as ConnectWise Management or Jira to track, manage, and document support requests.<br>• Monitor and manage systems using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software like Ninja or ConnectWise Automate.<br>• Apply basic and advanced cybersecurity concepts to enhance system protection and user data security.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.<br>• Strong communication skills and an attentive demeanor to interact with diverse users.<br>• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.<br>• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory for user and group management.<br>• Familiarity with endpoint detection tools, such as SentinelOne, and remote control software like TeamViewer.<br>• Knowledge of printing support and troubleshooting techniques.<br>• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices, including data encryption and log auditing.<br>• Prior experience with ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools, such as ConnectWise Management or Ninja.
