We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and support of IT systems, hardware, and software across the organization. This role involves hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and process development to enhance efficiency and user experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Upgrade and maintain property network infrastructure, including routers, modems, Wi-Fi extenders, and access points, to ensure stable and improved internet connections.<br>• Set up, configure, and deploy new IT equipment while providing users with clear guidance on software systems.<br>• Perform system troubleshooting and maintenance for onsite devices such as computers, routers, televisions, and other equipment.<br>• Research, recommend, and implement hardware and networking solutions to address technical challenges and improve system reliability.<br>• Document processes, develop training materials, and ensure employees are well-versed in company procedures and software systems.<br>• Collaborate with corporate team members to understand their software usage, workflows, and challenges, providing tailored IT support.<br>• Assist in learning and managing the administrative side of software systems, including Yardi, ePremium, and BlueMoon.<br>• Conduct video calls or site visits to assess office IT setups, ensuring all hardware and software are accounted for and functional.<br>• Manage Gmail administration and user accounts once proficiency in other systems and processes has been demonstrated.

• Proficiency in PC desktop workstation setup and maintenance.<br>• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.<br>• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components and configurations.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.<br>• Expertise in desktop imaging and software deployment.<br>• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues effectively.<br>• Experience in documenting processes and developing training resources.
