Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Manage multi-state payroll operations, including adherence to state-specific tax regulations and reporting requirements. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll functions efficiently and troubleshoot system-related issues. • Handle union payroll processes, including calculating dues and contributions in compliance with applicable agreements. • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies and provide timely resolutions. • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with audits and regulatory standards. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits with professionalism and clarity. • Stay updated on payroll-related legislation and industry best practices to improve processes. • Support additional payroll-related tasks as needed within the construction industry.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing for large organizations. • Expertise in multi-state payroll operations and regulations. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management. • Knowledge of certified payroll reporting requirements and union payroll processes. • Familiarity with payroll operations in the construction industry. • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
