We are looking for a highly skilled ERP Integration Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex data migration and integration projects within the real estate and property management industry. If you have a strong background in data engineering and ERP systems, particularly Yardi software, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the migration of financial data from QuickBooks Desktop to Yardi software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.<br>• Consolidate and integrate data from multiple accounts and entities spanning over 30 years into a unified system.<br>• Utilize ODBC drivers to facilitate seamless data migration processes.<br>• Implement and manage Yardi modules such as CommercialCafe Tenant Portal, Construction Manager, Fixed Assets Manager, Forecast Manager, and PAYscan Transactions.<br>• Provide training and remote implementation support for Yardi Voyager8 SaaS modules.<br>• Oversee payment processing and payable transaction management within the Yardi platform.<br>• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful system integration and data validation.<br>• Develop and maintain documentation for all migration and implementation processes.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration and ERP system functionality.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP integration with business objectives.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system integration or data migration.<br>• Proficiency in Yardi software and property management systems.<br>• Strong knowledge of ODBC drivers and their application in data migration.<br>• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and migrating financial data to other platforms.<br>• Familiarity with Yardi modules such as Voyager8 SaaS, CommercialCafe, and PAYscan.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage complex data sets and ensure accuracy during migration.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
