Property Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Salinas, California. In this role, you will handle tenant interactions, manage recertifications, and perform data entry tasks using Yardi software. As this is a Contract to permanent position, it offers an excellent opportunity for growth while contributing to the efficient management of property operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.<br>• Facilitate tenant recertifications and ensure compliance with established processes.<br>• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records using Yardi software.<br>• Communicate and review procedures with tenants to ensure clarity and satisfaction.<br>• Support office operations by managing correspondence and maintaining organized documentation.<br>• Collaborate with other team members to streamline property management processes.<br>• Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to property activities.<br>• Utilize software tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Paylocity to perform administrative tasks.<br>• Maintain an organized and welcoming environment as the face of the building.<br>• Assist with lease management and ensure timely updates to tenant records.
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative roles within residential or commercial property.<br>• Proficiency in Yardi software for property management tasks.<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Paylocity.<br>• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage tenant interactions and office tasks.<br>• Familiarity with property management processes and regulations.<br>• Ability to work in a business casual environment while maintaining professionalism.<br>• Detail-oriented with the capability to handle data entry and documentation efficiently.<br>• High level of adaptability and collaboration in a team-oriented setting.
