Receptionist
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of inquiries. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.<br>• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and routed correctly.<br>• Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment.<br>• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.<br>• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.<br>• Ensure confidentiality and a high level of care when handling sensitive information.<br>• Respond to email inquiries and forward messages to the appropriate recipients.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in an office environment requiring attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<br>• Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• A customer-focused attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
