If you have a meticulous attention to detail, a collaborative approach, and a knack for problem-solving, this could be your next career step!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Analyze and improve all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient access, billing, coding, claims management, and collections processes.</li><li>Review and ensure insurance claim submissions meet payer requirements while identifying and addressing denied or delayed claims.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue cycle metrics, delivering reports to support data-based decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance workflows and reduce revenue cycle inefficiencies.</li><li>Stay current with healthcare regulations and payer policies, ensuring compliance across all processes.</li><li>Train and mentor staff on revenue cycle best practices and system enhancements, as needed.</li></ul>

<ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum of 3-5 years of revenue cycle management or related experience, particularly in healthcare settings.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills</strong>: Proficiency with healthcare revenue cycle management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and MS Excel for reporting/analysis.</li><li><strong>Competencies</strong>: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated collaboration skills.</li><li><strong>Knowledge</strong>: Understanding of healthcare billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and regulatory compliance standards (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid).</li></ul>
