<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team in the Sacramento area. This role is critical in managing and supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and training coordination. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR practices and excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, applicant screening, and coordinating interviews.</li><li>Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.</li><li>Assist employees with inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.</li><li>Maintain HR records and ensure the accuracy of employee data in the HRIS system.</li><li>Collaborate with managers on performance management efforts, supporting coaching, and feedback processes.</li><li>Coordinate and administer benefit programs, open enrollment, and related employee communications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state (California-specific), and local labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns, managing investigations, and promoting workplace harmony.</li><li>Support HR projects, including training initiatives, diversity and inclusion strategies, and employee engagement efforts.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in the California labor market.</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, CFRA, EEO, ADA, and OSHA.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
