In this critical role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring the organization's fiscal health and compliance. Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee core accounting functions, including payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support organizational decision-making.• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and budget projections to maintain financial stability.• Conduct training sessions and presentations on financial updates, compliance matters, and regulatory changes.• Supervise day-to-day banking activities and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.• Assist with fiscal audits, verifying client authorizations, purchase orders, and payments to ensure accuracy.• Collaborate with program teams to implement financial processes aligned with new directives or regulatory changes.• Develop strategies for optimizing reimbursement and funding collection to support organizational solvency.• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management.• Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools. • Expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Proven ability to manage budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting. • Excellent communication skills for conducting training and presenting financial information. • Experience in overseeing audits and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
