This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing and timely vendor payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll, including timecard verification, deductions, and tax withholdings.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee payroll records and respond to payroll-related inquiries.</li><li>Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and posting to the general ledger.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors, including ACH, checks, and wire transfers.</li><li>Assist with month-end close by preparing AP and payroll reports and accruals.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information.</li><li>Support audits and provide documentation as needed.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.</li><li> 3+ years of payroll and accounts payable experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll laws and AP best practices.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
