<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical scheduling or a similar role.</li><li>Strong familiarity with healthcare scheduling software and systems.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and schedules.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus.</li></ul>
