The position focuses on efficiently managing accounts receivable and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with third-party claims processors to oversee claims and ensure proper handling. • Review, approve, and process claims funds accurately. • Record financial transactions and updates in the general ledger system. • Perform bank account reconciliations to ensure proper alignment of financial records. • Conduct pre-checks for vendor payments to maintain compliance and accuracy. • Utilize QuickBooks software to manage and track financial operations effectively. • Monitor cash activities and ensure timely application to accounts. • Handle billing functions to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoicing.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including claims handling and reconciliations. • Proficiency in cash applications and billing functions. • Strong knowledge of general ledger operations. • Familiarity with QuickBooks and its functionalities. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. • Ability to manage cash activity and ensure timely processing. • Strong analytical skills to review and approve claims funds. • Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors and third-party processors.
