<p>We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with experience in the construction industry, preferably with a strong background in subcontractor pay applications. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with contracts, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to subcontractors and vendors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with prior experience in construction accounting systems considered a plus.</p>

• Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably within the construction industry.<br>• Familiarity with subcontractor pay applications and contract compliance.<br>• Proficiency in coding invoices and processing payments.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.<br>• Knowledge of construction accounting systems is a plus.<br>• Effective communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal teams.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
