We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk in Albuquerque, NM. This role is responsible for calling customers to collect payments, answering incoming calls, inputting invoices, and keeping files organized while collaborating with the team to ensure smooth financial processes. Candidates should have at least one year of experience, be self-motivated, punctual, and a strong team player, with additional preference given to those holding a bachelor’s degree or more extensive experience. The position offers a Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm schedule with pay starting at $20 per hour depending on experience, along with benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, savings account options, and company-provided equipment.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including collections and cash applications. • Strong knowledge of commercial collections and billing practices. • Proficiency in financial software and tools related to accounts receivable. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and payment issues. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus.
