Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing communications efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, this position is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.<br>• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers while maintaining a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and ensure accuracy in order processing.<br>• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with customers to confirm details.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.<br>• Process customer orders and address any related issues in a timely manner.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.<br>• Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with strong communication skills.<br>• Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.<br>• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities.<br>• Knowledge of email correspondence and order entry processes.<br>• Adept at resolving customer issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
