Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly capable Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining efficient office operations, handling sensitive information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a dynamic workplace.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate associated logistics.<br>• Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations with great attention to detail.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized recordkeeping systems.<br>• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication.<br>• Provide general office support, including organizing files and supplies.<br>• Assist with special projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.<br>• Identify and resolve administrative challenges to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Coordinate and track deadlines, ensuring timely follow-ups on critical tasks.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an advanced administrative or executive assistant role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.<br>• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.<br>• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new tools and systems.
