The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage a fast-paced setting with a high volume of in-person and phone interactions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome students, faculty, and visitors while providing courteous front-desk support throughout the day.<br>• Direct student compliance-related inquiries to the appropriate academic staff based on the clinical course involved.<br>• Prepare and organize clinical documentation packets during end-of-term periods to support departmental readiness.<br>• Coordinate student pickup folders and ensure paperwork is assembled accurately when requested.<br>• Assist faculty with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and handling routine document requests.<br>• Respond to student and faculty questions, escalating or routing concerns to the correct advisor, instructor, or department.<br>• Manage heavy student foot traffic and provide guidance on forms, copying, scanning, and other paperwork needs.<br>• Support students with uniform-related questions and maintain testing materials, signage, and general office supplies by tracking inventory and replenishing items as needed.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors while helping create an organized, welcoming, and secure front-of-house environment.
