Front Office Assistant
<p>Robert Half Administrative & Customer Support practice is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our client in Reno, Nevada. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a bilingual candidate skilled in both English and Spanish to contribute to a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and thrive in a role that requires multitasking across various systems and software. Interested candidates MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.</p><p>• Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and redirecting inquiries as needed.</p><p>• Handle document scanning and organization to maintain efficient record-keeping.</p><p>• Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence preparation.</p><p>• Utilize software tools to toggle between systems and complete administrative duties.</p><p>• Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate smooth operations.</p><p>• Support scheduling and calendar management to ensure timely appointments and meetings.</p><p>• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.</p><p>• Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings or presentations.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.</p><p><br></p>
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.<br>• At least 2 years of experience in an office assistant or receptionist role.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other office software.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems effectively.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Capability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with document scanning and electronic filing systems.
