This Contract to permanent position is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative role and enjoys interacting with a variety of people. • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in basic clerical duties, including document scanning and filing.<br>• Comfortable answering phones and managing inbound calls.<br>• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.<br>• A detail-oriented and friendly attitude when engaging with colleagues and visitors.<br>• High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
