The position offers an opportunity to contribute to financial operations while supporting audits, budgeting, and fixed asset management. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Monitor and maintain fixed asset records, including tracking acquisitions and disposals. • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support financial planning. • Support both internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis. • Identify and implement technological improvements to streamline accounting workflows. • Utilize accounting software such as Great Plains, Excel, and other tools to manage financial data. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all financial activities.

• Proficiency in accounts payable processes and fixed asset accounting. • Strong technical skills and the ability to leverage technology for process improvements. • Experience with accounting software, including Great Plains and Excel. • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and auditing practices. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Familiarity with tools such as Docusign, Docuphase, and Expense Point.
