<p><strong>Technical Accounting Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Excel Proficiency:</strong> Advanced capabilities with Excel tools, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling, to manage data analysis and reporting tasks efficiently.</li><li><strong>Business Intelligence Tools:</strong> Competence in utilizing BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau for creating impactful visualizations, generating in-depth reports, and supporting key business decisions.</li><li><strong>Accounting Systems:</strong> Proven experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite to streamline accounting processes and enhance data accuracy.</li></ul><p><strong>Industry Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li><strong>GAAP Expertise:</strong> In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards; experience applying these frameworks within accounting operations across multiple industries.</li><li><strong>CPA Credentials:</strong> CPA certified or actively pursuing certification, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining industry-recognized qualifications and achieving excellence in financial expertise.</li></ul><p><strong>Effective Leadership & Communication</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Problem-Solving Skills:</strong> Proactively identifies issues, analyzes data, and implements well-thought-out solutions to support business goals and resolve financial challenges.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Ensures accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with deadlines to avoid operational risks.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Capable of translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for a diverse range of stakeholders, from executives to non-financial teams.</li></ul><p><br></p>
