<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>8+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 4 years in <strong>technical project management</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>software development life cycles</strong> and <strong>regulatory requirements</strong> for medical products.</li><li>Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-site projects.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Agile methodologies</strong> and software development tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification.</li><li>Experience in <strong>medical device development</strong> and sustaining engineering.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>cybersecurity standards</strong>, <strong>quality systems</strong>, and <strong>compliance frameworks</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>incremental delivery</strong>, metrics-driven project management, and stakeholder reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p>
