We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and excels in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Join a dynamic environment within the pharmaceutical industry where your expertise will contribute to finding and hiring top talent.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.<br>• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills and alignment with company values.<br>• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and streamline recruitment workflows.<br>• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.<br>• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.<br>• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment activities.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate setting.<br>• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies.<br>• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.<br>• Knowledge of recruitment practices within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
