HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR functions, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. This role involves handling benefits administration and supporting HR systems to maintain efficient workflows.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.<br>• Oversee onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.<br>• Administer benefit programs, ensuring employees have access to accurate and timely information.<br>• Support HR systems and maintain accurate records in HRIS platforms.<br>• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including documentation and compliance.<br>• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.<br>• Coordinate training sessions to promote skill development within the organization.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to address staffing needs and organizational goals.<br>• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.<br>• Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
• Proven experience in employee relations and handling workplace concerns.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR administration and related processes.<br>• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and strategies.<br>• Experience managing benefit programs and addressing employee inquiries.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and maintaining HR data integrity.<br>• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.<br>• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
