Executive Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is essential in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, discretion, and proactive problem-solving while managing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage executive calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange travel plans to ensure efficient time management.<br>• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials to keep executives informed and ready for engagements.<br>• Organize and prioritize executive ideas and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.<br>• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity.<br>• Coordinate special projects and act as a liaison between executives and internal teams.<br>• Handle expense reports, track budgets, and manage relationships with vendors.<br>• Plan and oversee logistics for internal meetings, corporate events, and offsite gatherings.<br>• Maintain confidentiality by managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years as an executive assistant supporting senior leadership.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and adaptability under pressure.<br>• Self-motivated and proactive with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.<br>• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.<br>• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
