Project Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring project deadlines are met, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position requires someone local or willing to commute to the office as needed, with the flexibility to work remotely.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.<br>• Input and maintain data using Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.<br>• Provide regular updates to Project Managers regarding project progress and areas requiring attention.<br>• Identify potential delays and suggest expedited actions to meet deadlines.<br>• Organize and maintain project documentation for easy accessibility.<br>• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating activities to support project goals.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment across all tasks.<br>• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.<br>• Support the team in managing priorities and resolving issues as they arise.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.<br>• Excellent communication skills to convey updates and address concerns effectively.<br>• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.<br>• Previous experience in an administrative or project support role.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.<br>• Reliable laptop or desktop with stable internet connection.<br>• Willingness to commute to the office when required.
